As Providence, Rhode Island's Velvet Crush are one of my favorite bands, I was pleased to find "Ash and Earth" at their MySpace site. I also listened to a number of the bands listed as their friends and chose the following for your consideration. Production values vary wildly, but each had some big or little something I liked.
